My Story
I know what it's like to juggle training around work, family and everyday life.
I've experienced the excitement of race-day success, the frustration of injury, the challenge of staying motivated and the constant balancing act that endurance sport often requires.
Through years of running, triathlon and coaching, I became fascinated by one simple question:
Why do some people stay consistent whilst others struggle, despite having the same goals?
That question eventually led me to undertake doctoral research in Sport & Exercise Psychology, exploring the psychological barriers that prevent people from sustaining exercise long term.
Beyond Endurance was created to combine everything I've learned as an athlete, coach and researcher into one coaching philosophy.
Coaching the Whole
Athlete
Performance is about more than fitness.
I believe lasting success comes from combining effective training with confidence, resilience and a healthy relationship with sport.
My coaching combines evidence-based endurance training, sport psychology and behaviour change principles to help athletes perform at their best whilst enjoying the journey.

Why athletes choose me
Not because I've completed races.
Not because I write training plans.
Athletes choose Beyond Endurance because I combine evidence-based coaching with psychology, behaviour change and practical experience to help them stay consistent when motivation fades.
My goal isn't simply to help you complete your next event.
It's to help you become the athlete you want to be.
